Recipe: Jam Bars

These jam bars are a favorite for a quick dessert dish that everyone will love! I make them all the time for potlucks and parties, and they always disappear. Any jam should work, so go wild. I usually use blackberry or raspberry, but mostly because those are my favorite jams. The pictures above are all in smaller dishes, as I lost track of my 9×13. Works just as well though, especially if you like the crispy edges....
