Below are various menus from the 2023 JoCo Cruise on Holland America’s Nieuw Amsterdam. Hopefully these help folks get an idea for the food options available on the cruise, as well as gluten free, vegetarian, and other dietary needs options.

I have heard that the MDR offers special menu options for vegetarian passengers, at special request. As those menus aren’t published on the ship network, I haven’t found copies of them.
